As Senior Antitrust Counsel, you will be a member of HP’s Corporate Legal team and will perform all job duties consistent with HP’s values, standards, culture, and business practices. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Antitrust Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust law and a passion for safeguarding competitive markets. This role involves, but not limited to, advising clients on compliance with antitrust laws, securing regulatory approvals in M&A and strategic transactions, and advising on complex economic issues. This is an outstanding role for a qualified antitrust lawyer who seeks new challenges as well as testing their business and legal judgment inside and outside of their trained jurisdiction.
