As we reflect on the incredible journey of Corporate Counsel Women of Color over the past 20 years, we are in awe of the transformation and impact we’ve made. What began as a small group of passionate members has grown into a powerful network of over 5,000 professionals, creating a lasting impact on the legal field. From our early meetings to international gatherings and the formation of other associations, our initiatives have provided countless opportunities for growth, connection, and empowerment. 2024’s 20th Career and Strategies conference was a true highlight, featuring amazing speakers like Carla Harris, Suze Orman, Issa Rae, Judge Glenda Hatchett, and Taye Diggs, and the comedic genius of Kim Coles, all whose insights left us inspired and motivated. The closing gospel choir, led by Donnie McClurkin, was nothing short of heavenly, lifting our spirits high and reminding us of the power of unity and hope.
