At Kinective, we understand the importance of operating within the law while carrying out our vision.  We seek a dynamic and strategic General Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to lead our legal function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of our business, including all contract management, M&A diligence, risk management, compliance, corporate governance, and legal strategy. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Kinective will rely on the general counsel’s expertise to serve as our primary advisor on all legal matters, to guide company policy, to protect the interests of our customers, shareholders, and employees, and to further our company mission and goals.
