FTI Consulting, Inc.’s Legal Department is seeking an attorney to manage all conflicts issues, both legal and business, in connection with the processing and acceptance of its client engagements. FTI is comprised of several different consulting disciplines which provide various litigation and non-litigation based consulting services. These segments submit in excess of 10,000 potential engagements per year which must be analyzed for potential conflicts and client relationship sensitivities. This position reports directly to FTI’s General Counsel.
