Verizon is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to specialize in Tax and International Tax Matters. This role presents a great opportunity to learn about Verizon’s key business segments and requires partnering with senior business leaders in sales, marketing, finance and commercial law in providing tax advice and counsel related to the structuring and negotiation of agreements with customers and vendors.   The individual will be a key member of a team that negotiates the tax aspects of contracts with large multinational enterprises for the provision by Verizon of products and professional services in multiple jurisdictions.
