Senior Legal Counsel, M&A and Venture Capital (Marlborough, Massachusetts)

The Senior Legal Counsel is a key member of the Corporate Legal Team, working closely with the Chief Corporate Counsel, Legal Director of M&A/VC and members of the Business Development and Venture Capital business teams. Primary role – Supporting the Business Development team in all aspects of M&A and venture capital work across all six divisions of Boston Scientific. Secondary role – Helping manage and maintain a strategic venture capital portfolio of active companies, assist with diligence and pre-closing regulatory matters associated with large acquisitions, reviewing and analysis of complex acquisition and financing structures, and providing general corporate legal support for Business Development’s everyday needs.
