Uber is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate Legal, with deep expertise in securities law and SEC compliance to join its Legal Team and provide support across securities, capital markets, and other corporate matters. This role includes advising on public company reporting, proxy statements, registration statements, Section 16 compliance, and drafting public disclosures and corporate communications. The position partners closely with Uber’s treasury-capital markets team and other stakeholders to manage capital markets transactions, and also supports the Corporate Secretary team with governance matters. Candidates should have at least eight years of corporate legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting, strong SEC and capital markets knowledge, and a J.D. with state bar admission. Preferred qualifications include experience with venture capital-style investments, strong analytical and legal skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
