The New York Times Company has an opening for an experienced attorney with 10+ years of product counseling and commercial, technology and IP licensing transactions experience along with at least 2+ years experience in generative AI and AI counseling. You will report to the Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel that leads commercial business and legal affairs and related compliance for The New York Times. You will apply complex, evolving legal frameworks to products and services. You are agile and will join a growing legal team, learn about interesting new technologies and business models, and work on novel issues in a collaborative environment.
