Under the direction of the Vice President, Content Protection (Americas) (“VP”) and the Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel (Litigation and Legal Affairs) (“SVP”), this position will be responsible for executing the strategy for and managing anti-piracy legal matters in North America and South America on behalf of the Motion Picture Association, Inc. (“MPA”), the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (“ACE”), and MPA/ACE member companies, as well as assisting with other key litigation and advocacy initiatives. The Litigation Counsel will also work closely to develop enforcement strategies for the U.S., Canada, and Latin America (“LATAM”), build consensus and support on objectives and goals, and manage outside counsel.
