General Counsel (Washington, District Of Columbia)

The General Counsel is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all legal, governance, and regulatory matters for OSB. Reporting to the Executive Director, the General Counsel serves as a key advisor to the Board of Trustees, Co-Chairs, and executive leadership, ensuring that OSB maintains its independence, integrity, and legal compliance while continuing to make high-impact content decisions. This role requires a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can navigate a complex, global legal environment while proactively addressing regulatory, litigation, and governance challenges.
