This position is responsible for directing CPH’s legal affairs in terms of contracts, contract negotiations, rights and permissions. Ensures communications, contracts, documents, and filings undergo a legal review. May engage and coordinate with outside counsel for certain matters. This position will be responsible for the management of the Contracts, Rights, & Permissions Department.
