We’re seeking a General Counsel to lead the company’s legal strategy, commercial contract management, legal governance, risk management, and compliance functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, developing commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation strategy, and risk mitigation. The General Counsel will work closely with senior leadership to develop policies and frameworks that protect the company’s interests while enabling business growth and operational efficiency.
