General Counsel (Data Dome) (New York, New York)

Reporting directly to the COO, the General Counsel will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal landscape, driving contractual negotiations, and protecting the company’s long-term interests. This leader will manage a team of legal professionals, including in-house counsels and paralegals, while overseeing relationships with external advisory law firms specializing in corporate, litigation, commercial, privacy, intellectual property and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of drafting and negotiating agreements related to intellectual property, data privacy and commercial transactions.
