Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be Echo Base’s principal in-house legal advisor for all corporate matters including but not limited to governance, regulatory, strategic, transactional, litigation, labor, data, general commercial. We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced generalist attorney with a mix of in-house and advisory experience ideally from the crypto space.
