The General Counsel leads the company’s legal affairs, including corporate legal strategy, regulatory compliance across all geographies, and the provision of legal services to achieve corporate goals. Acting as a key advisor to Habitat’s board and senior management, they oversee contract review and drafting while managing external legal counsel to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
