The Deputy General Counsel is a member of the Chief Legal Officer’s senior leadership team, participating in strategic planning for the Law Department and leading the Deputy General Counsel’s assigned Practice Group. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of various legal disciplines and must be familiar with the areas of law that most impact the Practice Group. The Deputy General Counsel will collaborate closely with the Chief Legal Officer to provide sound legal advice, implement best practices, and mitigate risks while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Additionally, this position will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and cross-functional departments, ensuring that strategic legal advice aligns with business objectives.
