As the Deputy General Counsel – Commercial, you will lead Altana’s commercial legal function with responsibility for all aspects of commercial contracting and corporate transactions, focusing on the drafting, review, and negotiation of revenue-generating contracts, partnerships, and M&A deals. You will serve as a strategic advisor to commercial and company leadership on all commercial legal matters, enhancing and scaling the commercial contracting function to support Altana’s continued growth.
