Work hard, have fun and make history with Amazon’s legal team. We are looking for an experienced attorney to help manage Amazon’s labor and employment issues throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities include providing practical advice and counseling regarding general labor and employment issues such as those relating to discrimination, disability accommodation, hiring, performance management and discharge, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other relevant labor and employment issues. Responsibilities also include managing litigation, including class action litigation, government agency investigations, proactive training, and administrative charges as well as the assessment, selection, and supervision of outside counsel.

This position will work actively with internal clients in the Human Resources Department and requires the ability to travel when necessary. This position reports to the Senior Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment.
