The Derivative Documentation Group (DDG) is seeking documentation professionals who will have the opportunity to negotiate a broad variety of trading and regulatory documentation. The candidate will ideally have experience in negotiations of ISDA documentation suite, including various types of credit support arrangements, as well as regulatory initial margin documentation and Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreements (CDEAs). Experience with repurchase or securities lending documentation is also valuable.
