As Chief Counsel, you will leave work each day knowing that you played a part in helping provide recreational outdoor opportunities for individuals and families that enjoy Pennsylvania’s waterways and natural resources. You will be responsible for rendering legal advice and providing a full range of legal services, including the preparation and review of contracts, leases, deeds, and other real estate documents; conducting research in rendering opinions; as well as preparing and reviewing materials for proposed legislation. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge of the Commonwealth’s Right to Know Law program by responding to inquiries and formulating regulations. Work also involves performing a full range of supervisory duties, including managing both the legal office and the Public Access and Property Services Division of the Commission.
