Assistant General Counsel – Office of the Corporate Secretary (Multiple Locations, Multiple Locations)

As an Assistant General Counsel in the Office of Corporate Secretary, this position will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and the board of directors of Truist, providing corporate governance counsel and support. This position will assist the Senior Associate General Counsel with responsibilities for corporate governance, the proxy statement, annual meeting of shareholders, executive compensation, shareholder outreach, and ideally will provide support for securities filings.
