Reports to VP of North America with dotted line reporting to VP Legal, Compliance & Insurance of Advario (based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands). In this role, you will be a trusted business partner and legal advisor for Advario North America. Handle all contracting and corporate work and provide high quality legal advice to the business and external stakeholders with an. emphasis on contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution in connection with commercial transactions, project development (including real estate matters), and construction. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company.
