Additional responsibilities include working with the stock transfer agent on dividend-related matters, assisting in the preparation of proxy statement sections and NYSE/California Secretary of State filings, coordinating the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and supporting document production for SOX compliance, audits, and data privacy. The position also involves cross-functional collaboration with teams like Executive Compensation, Investor Relations, and Treasury, managing board materials via the board portal, and recommending and implementing process improvements.
