Mastercard is seeking a Senior Counsel, Privacy, AI & Data Responsibility to support its commitment to innovation, privacy, and cybersecurity by ensuring legal compliance in the development of cutting-edge technologies. Reporting to the Senior Managing Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection, this role sits within the Global Privacy & Data Protection team and will provide strategic and tactical legal guidance to Cybersecurity business clients, ensuring alignment with emerging and existing privacy, cyber, and data-related laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in legislative developments and adept at navigating the legal implications of technologies related to payments, cybersecurity, AI, and fraud prevention, while balancing business objectives with Mastercard’s privacy-forward strategy.
