GSK is seeking an energetic and creative lawyer to join a dynamic legal department  committed to providing efficient and effective legal support to GSK’s Corporate Development team and the Business Development  and Alliance Management teams within GSK R&D.  The Senior Counsel, Business Development, will have primary responsibility for complex, high-profile transactions including M&A, Licensing, Collaborations, Equity transactions, and other strategic alliances with industry partners, with a specific focus on transactions involving technology, data, and AI/ML.
